Emir Sicangco is the author of the Tarlaqueño Traveler. He is a civil engineer, a college instructor, and a community development worker based in Tarlac City, Philippines. He loves exploring new territories whenever he has the time and *coughs* resources. This blog basically serves as his travel diary, but he also hopes to be of help, in any way, to other people who wish to travel to places he has already visited.
