Yeah, I know I’ve been gone for so long. I got so busy at work. *coughs* Alright, truth is, I was too lazy to update my blog. So here, I am coming up with my “Photo of the Week” series just to let you know that I am still alive. Haha. No, seriously, this is the easiest way for me to update my blog despite my busy schedule but at the same time give you bits and pieces of my favorite travel moments and photos. Besides, my travel photos have been hiding in my hard drive for the longest time and it’s just about time that I make use of them. Just a bit of a disclaimer: I am not an expert when it comes to photography, so I am not at all technical with my photographs.
Since I am now prepping up my Sri Lanka travel entries, I think it’s high time to feature Sri Lanka in my first weekly photo entry. The picture featured here was taken during my quick trip to Sri Lanka. This is an observation deck along Galle Face Green, a very popular urban park in Colombo, where locals usually hang out to bond with family and friends while waiting for the majestic view of the sunset over the Indian Ocean. Galle Face Green has its certain charm that makes it a perfect place to cap off a day tour around Colombo.
